1. Application conditions

Who can apply ?	Foreigner who live in Iwate Prefecture. (However, international students and JET program members are not eligible.)
Fees	Free (0 Yen)
Number of people available	50 People
When can I study ?	August 1, 2025 - March 24, 2026 * You can study anytime within the period.
The number of people who can use it is fixed. Even if you apply, you may not be able to use the service.
